UKUKCIP

For professionals · Coaches & human experts

The platform measures. You provide the judgement.

UKCIP deliberately separates what software does from what a person does. The platform structures, measures and explains; practitioners bring direction, challenge and encouragement — and their input is always attributed to them by name.

  • Deterministic measurement

Readiness 78% · confirmed against target requirements

  • Human input

“Push the operations story harder in interview — it's the strongest evidence.”

How it fits together

Human where it counts. Automated where it should be.

What the platform handles

  • Evidence structuring and deterministic readiness measurement
  • Gap analysis, development actions and re-measurement
  • CV assembly, optimisation and application tracking

What stays human

  • Career direction, strategy and sequencing decisions
  • Application and interview feedback from real experience
  • The conversation about whether a move is right for this person's life

Working with members

Consent, attribution, and a record they keep.

  1. 1

    Member shares

Permissioned, scoped to the engagement, and revocable by the member at any time.

  2. 2

    You work from what's shared

Targets, gaps and confirmed evidence are already structured — the session starts at judgement, not intake.

  3. 3

    Consent can be withdrawn

The member can withdraw access at any time; your attributed input stays part of their record.

What the member owns

  • Their full career record, permanently
  • The decision to grant or revoke your access
  • Everything built together after the engagement ends

What you see and provide

  • Only the record shared for this engagement
  • Feedback and advice recorded as human input, named to you
  • Never blended into an automated score

The practitioner marketplace

A planned revenue-share model — stated as planned.

We intend to open a practitioner marketplace where members book vetted experts directly. The planning economics are a 70–75% share to the expert and 25–30% to the platform. Register your interest and we will involve you in the design.

  • Planned, not live. The marketplace is in design. Nothing on this page is a commitment.
  • 70–75% to the expert. The person doing the work keeps the majority of the fee.
  • Attribution by design. Your name and credentials travel with your advice.

Who this suits

  • Career coaches and advisers with an existing practice
  • Interview coaches and former hiring managers
  • Outplacement and employability practitioners

Boundaries we hold

  • Human advice never appears as an automated score
  • No practitioner sees a member's record without consent
  • No pay-to-rank: expertise is never bought visibility
