How it works · Human support

Technology for structure. People for judgement.

Some questions should not be answered by software: Is this move right for my life? How do I sequence a career change? What did that interview answer actually sound like? Those belong to practitioners — and their input is always labelled as theirs.

The boundary

What stays automated, and what never is.

Always the platform

Automated self-service

  • Structuring and storing your evidence
  • Readiness measurement and gap analysis
  • CV assembly and language improvement
  • Progress tracking and next best action

Always a person

Named practitioner support

  • Career direction and strategy
  • Whether an opportunity is right for your life
  • Judgement on how you come across
  • Mock interviews and honest feedback

A candidate never pays to speak to a recruiter.

That conversation is free, always — separate from the paid practitioner services below.

How a session works

From booking to a record you keep.

  1. 1

    Choose the service

Expert career review, strategy session, application review, mock interview or senior session.

  2. 2

    Share what you choose

The practitioner sees the parts of your record you grant access to — nothing else.

  3. 3

    Do the work

Real judgement from a named practitioner, grounded in your actual evidence and target.

  4. 4

    Keep the outcome

Written feedback lands in your record, attributed to the person who gave it. Yours permanently.

Attribution

Human judgement is named — never laundered.

A practitioner's advice appears in your record as that practitioner's advice, with their name on it. It never folds into a score, and it never pretends to be the platform's output.

  • Every human contribution carries a name
  • Scores never move because of a conversation
  • Feedback stays in your record after the engagement ends
  • You can revoke the practitioner's access at any time

Start with the measurement. Add a person when it helps.

The platform runs without any conversation — and human expertise is there when the question deserves one.
